YES: If you attended the University of Minnesota or a college outside the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System, please request your official transcript be sent to the Transfer Center (13100 College View Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55347).

If the college you previously attended is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System, you do not need to send a transcript.
