|What medical careers do you offer?||HTC Medical Careers include Practical Nursing, Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Dental Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator (HUC), Nursing Station Technician, and Medical Office Careers.|

|What is the Department of Education PIN and how do I get mine?||The Department of Education PIN serves as your electronic signature for your FAFSA and your MPN (Master Promissory Note). You may apply for a PIN at the FAFSA website.|
|What is my Password Number?|
Your PIN/Password is defaulted to your birth date in the format YYMMDD or the last 6 digits of your SSN. The first time you log in to HTC's online services you will be prompted to change your PIN/Password. Once you change your PIN/Password, you must remember that it is for future online transactions. If you lose or forget your PIN/Password it must be reset. To reset your PIN?Password you will need to stop by the Registration Office, with a picture id.

|What is my D2L login?||Your D2L Login is used to access HTC's Learning Management System where your teacher may place your class information, tests, and other documents related to the course.|
|What is M-Powered?||
The M-Powered program provides fast-track, industry standard training in CNC Lathe/Mill and Precision Metalforming, and additional wrap around support services for eligible applicants. Learn more at HennepinTech.edu/mpowered.
|what does web supplemented mean||Web supplemented means that the course will have some projects done on the web or through D2L but will have a class each week on campus.|
Blended/Hybrid means some of your class will be completed through D2L and some will be completed on the campus.
|What does "time conflict" in my schedule mean?||You have registered for courses that conflict or overlap with each other. However, courses with a warning due to a conflict are registered courses. Please be sure to review your schedule closely and adjust accordingly.|
|What does "only defined majors may register for this course" mean?||Some courses are set up exclusively for certain majors. If you receive this message you will not be allowed to register for that particular course unless you have declared program as your major. Some "defined major courses" may open up to all students close to the semester start.|
