Are you looking for an opportunity to work on a health care team? With training as a medical administrative assistant, you will learn medical terminology as well as hospital and clinic procedures. You will be prepared for duties that may include transcription of reports and correspondence, appointment and meeting scheduling, patient file and office record maintenance, and billing and insurance processing.
