Room Rental Pricing:

  • Main Auditorium: $125/hour
  • Side Auditoriums: $75/hour
  • Auditorium Lobby: $65/hour
  • Cafeteria: $125/hour
  • Gourmet Dining Room: $100/hour
  • Student Commons: $100/hour
  • Small Conference Rooms/Classrooms (Capacity <20): $65/hour
  • Large Conference Rooms/Classrooms (Capacity >20): $90/hour
  • Specialty Labs: $175/hour
  • Hallways: $50/hour
  • Parking Lots: $50/hour
  • Additional Services:
    • AV and IT Setup: $75/hour (One Hour Minimum)
    • Catering Services Through HTC Culinary Program (When Classes In-Session)
