|You should have received an email from your supervisor requesting you complete new hire information online as soon as possible. In addition, you should have received an email from Human Resources with additional documents to complete by your 1st Day of Employment.|
HTC's emergency notification system is Star Alert. In the event of an emergency or school closing, Star Alert transmits emergency notification messages to the subscriber's cell phone and/or email system. This system uses real-time communications, and has optional enrollment.

Parking Fees and Maps
All employees are required to have a current parking permit. Parking permits must be obtained on your first day of employment by either 1) completing the Parking Payroll Deduction Form and bringing to the Security Staff at the reception desk at either campus. or 2) paying by cash, credit, debit or check (at the tuition window). Bring the completed Parking Permit Registration Form and your receipt from the tuition window to the Safety and Security Staff located at the reception desk at either campus to receive your parking permit. If you do not drive or park a vehicle on HTC property, you may be eligible to complete the Parking Waiver Form.
