Policy Statement
Hennepin Technical College believes that an evaluation process promotes personal and professional growth for all employees. An evaluation is designed to support individuals in becoming outstanding employees who provide the best possible service, learning opportunities, and guidance for our students and other employees. In accordance with Minnesota State Board Policy 4.9 and MN Statute 43 A.20, Hennepin Technical College evaluates employee’s work on an annual basis. How evaluations are completed is provided via the procedure, specific to employee group.
