Strategic Planning
The Access to Success Strategic Plan has established a framework of priorities to guide HTC for the next five years. The plan has identified four strategic directions that will be supported by the institution’s operational plans and guided by the Minnesota State Equity 2030 plan. Access to Success will serve as a roadmap to ensure HTC is in continual development to meet the needs of our diverse student population and community.
HTC will monitor and report on Access to Success through quarterly dashboards, and annual reports lead by the Office of Institutional Research.
