Course DescriptionThe Nursing Skills I course builds a foundation of skills and knowledge for the practical nurse. Topics covered will include the head to toe data collection, airway management, sterile technique, pain management and genitourinary procedures. This course will cover the characteristics of hazardous wastes and its safe handling, storage, and disposal.
