Course DescriptionThis course will introduce the student to the Quality Control systems that are in use in today's modern manufacturing environment. Deming, Total Quality Management (TQM), Management By Objective (MB), Six Sigma, Lean, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) will be covered.
