Fresh spinach tossed with light raspberry strawberry vinaigrette and topped with crumbled feta, fresh strawberries, and toasted walnuts.
A layered ratatoouille, which showcases an array of tender eggplant, squash, zucchini, and bell peppers with an herbed tomato sauce.
Refreshing cucumber and mint sorbet to cleanse the pallet.
Grilled rosemary chicken cooked to perfection and served atop a bed of wild rice pilaf and served with grilled asparagus drizzled with bearnaise sauce.
A dessert trio consisting of moist lemon pound cake layered with sweetened vanilla bean whipped cream and blueberries, a creamy chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake, and profiteroles filled with raspberry cream and coated with raspberry infused chocolate.

Be our guest for this Beauty and The Beast inspired French hors d oeuvres. Grilled asparagus wrapped in Proscuitto ham, garnished with a bearnaise sauce, make for the perfect start to this meal.
Next we go to India with The Jungle Book. This vegetarian friendly Malai Kofta dish is a vegetable dumpling served in a creamy sauce. With Naan on the side, this is Baloo's favorite dish.
The Little Mermaid makes an appearance with our Caribbean salad of mixed greens, shrimp, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, and oranges. A unique blend of White Peach Balsamic and Orange Oil bring out the spring flavors in this salad.
Aladdin brings us to Morocco on the magic carpet for lamb, beef and chicken Brochettes marinated in Moroccan spices, cold smoked, then grilled. Served with Saffron rice and sauteed vegetables.
The hands striking midnight are no reason to leave without tasting our clock, designed with several layers of chocolate and the hands made of tuilles. Cinderella missed out, but we hope you enjoy!
