Welcome to HTC OneStop!

OneStop is where students can find answers to questions about being an HTC student such as: paying for college, registration, financial aid, program information, student resources, graduation and much more. We aspire to answer every question you have for us.


The OneStop Center is currently hiring workstudy students for the Customer Relations Representative position. This position will assist students with questions in person and over the phone. This position offers $15/hour pay which includes paid training in financial aid, student accounts, student records and customer service. You must be 18 years of age, dependable, eligible for workstudy funding, possess strong computer literacy skills, and while customer service/call center/retail experience is ideal, it is not mandatory. UPDATE: OneStop Center Services & COVID-19

Hours of service will be:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm - Brooklyn Park only; Eden Prairie 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Closed daily 12:00-1:00pm (lunch)
  • Closed 3:45-4:30pm on Tuesdays (every 2 weeks) for OneStop meeting
  • Monday - Thursday 4:00-6:00pm available in person (Brooklyn Park only) or via Zoom 
  • Friday, Open 8:00am-4:00pm (both campuses)


The OneStop Center hours will change during Spring Break. Both campuses will be open 8:00am-4:00pm Monday, March 15 - Friday, March 19.
