Overview: Throughout the month of November a series of programming highlighted people and local organizations that provide resources for students from around the globe.

Minority-Owned Business Success: Chef Yia Vang

Watch a presentation by Chef Yia Vang (28:31), about the journey of being born in a Thai refugee camp to becoming a recognized chef for his Hmong cuisine.
