• Hennepin Tech has two commercial kitchens dedicated to student education and feature state-of-the art equipment, with simulated food truck experiences.

• Hennepin Tech has an overall high job placement rate and provides free career placement and networking opportunities.
• Each month, renowned chefs visit campus to share their expertise with students.
• Students learn in-demand skills such as food truck operations and small business management.

Options to fit your schedule

• In just two years, students earn a Culinary Entrepreneur associate degree which prepares individuals to operate their own culinary business. We are the only college in Minnesota State to offer this associate degree.
• For students who prefer a fast-track, students may earn a culinary-only certificate in eight months.
