A work study award allows a student to apply to get an on-campus job that pays $9 per hour.  The funds are awarded on a first come, first serve basis and employment is not guaranteed, nor is there a guarantee that, if hired, the full award will be earned. If you've been awarded work study and are interested in applying for a job, please see:

Contact the appropriate supervisor to apply.

If you are hired for a position, there is paperwork that needs to be completed with a Financial Aid Advocate. Identity documentation is required for the I-9 Form.  Please see the I-9 Form page nine for a list of acceptable documents that you will need to bring along at your appointment.  Then once your supervisor receives your timesheet, you may begin work. Please remember that a work study position is just like any other job, you need to be on time, perform the duties you are assigned and an evaluation will be performed by your supervisor.   Studying, personal visitors, and personal phone calls are not allowed.  Please see the Work Study Handbook for more detailed information.
