Creating an Inclusive Work Environment

All employee spring workshop for administrators, faculty, and staff on Friday, March 7 from 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM on the Brooklyn Park Campus.

Sponsored by the Diversity and Professional Development Committees in support of the college's Strategic Direction #5: To provide a working environment that promotes engagement, leadership development, advancement and retention of all employees.

Featuring a performance by Breaking Ice of Pillsbury House Theatre, and a keynote address by Dr. Heather Hackman, social justice trainer/former faculty member at St. Cloud State University.

Outcomes for CommUNITY Day include:  Educating yourself on relevant campus issues, Understanding other people's perspectives, Sharing your stories for self and peer exploration, and Creating a feeling of inclusion.
