Review Process and Instructions
A Site Visit Review is required during the first year of a new Faculty Liaison–High School Instructor partnership and at least once every three years thereafter.
The Faculty Liaison will complete the site visit review process as follows:
1. Coordinate the Site Visit
The Faculty Liaison and High School Instructor
will coordinate the visit and, when practical, identify the lesson,
instructional activity, assessment, or course learning outcome that
will be the focus of the observation.
2. Conduct the Observation
The Faculty Liaison will observe the course, with attention to instructional practices, student learning experiences, course content, and alignment with the approved HTC course.
3. Discuss Observations and Feedback
Following the site visit, the Faculty Liaison and High School Instructor
will discuss observations, feedback, course alignment, strengths, and
opportunities for continued improvement.
4. Document the Site Visit Review
The Faculty Liaison will complete this review by documenting
observations, discussion, feedback, and any identified follow-up actions.
5. Submit Required Evidence
The Faculty Liaison will submit the completed Site Visit Review and any required supporting evidence by the stated deadline.
A completed copy of the submitted Site Visit Review will be provided to
the High School Instructor.
