UAA Reverse Career Fair

The Uniquely Abled Academy students will have a chance to meet with potential CNC machining employers at a Reverse Career Fair. Hosted by Customized Training Services.

The Uniquely Abled Academy (UAA) provides intensive, 10–16 week CNC machining training for neurodiverse adults, concluding with job placement support and opportunities to meet potential employers. Graduates earn certifications and gain skills tailored for manufacturing careers.
