Annual Plant Sale at Hennepin Technical College

Brooklyn Park, April 5, 2021 – The annual Plant Sale at Hennepin Technical College (HTC) is taking place with online ordering and curbside pickup and payment.

Students grow the plants and flowers and proceeds benefit student scholarships in HTC’s Greenhouse, Horticulture, Landscape, and Urban Forestry program.

Online orders
Customers may place orders online from the HTC website at this link. Online ordering will be available April 19-May 12. Customers will schedule a curbside appointment to pick up their plants and flowers on campus where they will pay for the items in-person.

The HTC Plant Sale webpage will feature photos of items available so that customers may view the product selection. The sale includes a huge variety of quality annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, hanging baskets, Mother’s Day containers, house plants and more. Low prices make it possible to buy more for less.

Curbside pickup & payment
By appointment, customers will pick up their items weekdays May 6 - 7 and May 10-14 at:

When customers arrive on campus, they will pay for their pre-ordered items curbside. HTC team members will place the pre-ordered plants and flowers near the customer’s vehicle. Upon request, HTC team members are available to load items for those who need assistance.

Safety Measures
Due to COVID-19 and the need to maintain social distancing, customers will not enter greenhouses during the Plant Sale.
