Welcome to Orientation
- New Student Orientation is required for all students after admission. (Law Enforcement students must complete online orientation).
- If you have applied, and been accepted, it is time to complete orientation!
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have your Tech ID or Star ID. This information is used to track that you have completed the online orientation.
- What to expect during your Online Orientation:
The goal of new student orientation is to help students successfully transition to Hennepin Technical College. Students who complete college orientations are more likely to succeed in achieving their educational goals. This orientation will provide you with important information about college success strategies, resources, financing your education, and understanding our college technology. - The entire orientation will take you about 30 minutes. There will be a quiz at the end of the orientation.
- If you must leave the orientation before completing it, you will have to start over when you return.
