Semester Laptop Request

A limited number of laptops are available for semester checkout. If you do not have a device for accessing online learning resources, or feel your device is not adequate for your needs, please fill out the Semester Laptop Request form to request a laptop. Available computers are basic Lenovo model with Microsoft Office, Internet, and a built-in webcam and mic.

Student Computer Lab

The Student Computer Lab is a great place for you to complete your assignments, check email, or just surf the Internet. Staff and work-study students are available to assist you.

Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

The Emergency Broadband Benefit Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a temporary discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households.

Federal Communications Commission

Lifeline program for low-income consumers. The Lifeline program has provided a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family and emergency services. Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund. The Lifeline program is available to eligible low-income consumers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands.

The Minnesota Department of Education divisions of Academic Standards and Instructional Effectiveness, Career and College Success, Equity and Inclusion, and State Library Services are leading work within the agency and collaborating with external partners so that every Minnesotan can fully participate in education and social, economic, and civic life.
