Requirements:
- Appointment required, call or stop by Room G277
- Age requirements
- Cleaning/polishing - 6 years or older
- Sealants - 8 years or older
- X-rays - 18 years or olders
- Cleaning/polishing only: must have been to a dentist within the last 2 years
- Sealants and x-rays only: signed permission form from current/previous dentist completed and returned before appointment
- Fees for non-Hennepin Technical College students due at the time of service
